Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States (excluding APO addresses), unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Most of our items are created made to order on site. Please allow 1-3 days for us to create your item(s) and prepare to deliver your order to the shipping carrier. We make every effort to ship products as soon as they're created, most often on weekdays. The shipping process includes order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we estimate a 5-7 day transit time. At this time, sorry, but we do not offer expedited shipping. Once we ship an item, we provide tracking information via email, and if you create an account, those details will also be within your account.

We prefer to ship our items via USPS, but bulkier and/or heavier items may ship via UPS. Shipping is subject to change if we encounter issues at the time of shipment. Shipping charges vary by product and are determined at checkout based on the cumulative weight of all items in the order.

Once we have entrusted an order to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control; therefore, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays. If an item is reported as delivered by a carrier, we cannot be responsible if you did not receive it (e.g., stolen or misdelivered packages). If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us to discuss next steps.

As referenced in our Return Policy, if you are returning an item for any reason other than our mistake or a mistake the shipping carrier made, shipping fees are nonrefundable, and your refund will have the cost of shipping deducted from it. In the event that we are replacing or exchanging a product, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method and timeframe for the new item.
